It’s a great day to be alive!

Through life’s ups and downs, Hanna has been constantly reminded that every moment is sacred, and all we have is right now. Take advantage of finding healing, understanding, and peace as you adventure inward through your work with Hanna. 

Private Sessions

  • Reach out to schedule a private yoga or small group session, personalized to your own needs! Private sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home, hotel room (if on holiday), outside in nature, or other options to be discussed. 
  • Private sessions can include one or a mixture of the following
  • Personalized asana practice
  • (standard yoga poses)
  • Reiki Energy Work and Healing
  • Breathwork
  • Guided Meditation
  • Chakra Energy Work
  • Solo - 60-90 minutes: $125-$150
  • Small Group (up to 5): $175-$200

Group or Corporate Yoga

  • Job-related stress can cause serious harm to the body. Help your employees to find balance and relief from their 9-5 expectations by incorporating a private session for them.
  • Yoga and energy healing have been proven to help cognitive function, reduce sick days, reduce conflict, increase retention, increase feelings of fulfillment, and contribute to an overall healthier work environment.
  • Reach out today to discuss what you are looking for or schedule a day to bring As You Are Yoga to your very own office.
  • Group sessions are offered both virtually and in-person starting at $200.

Hatha Yoga

  • Hanna currently teaches Hatha Yoga at Endorphin in Eagle, CO every Tuesday at 5:30pm. Check out their website or find them on the MindBody app to get signed up for a Offerings today!

Hanna Gootée is a certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner who currently resides in the Vail Valley.
